1. 适用范围
本政策适用于：
- MyShopTools 网站与控制台；
- 通过官方渠道分发的浏览器扩展，包括但不限于：TikTok Shop 达人邀约、采购商品采集器、采购订单同步助手、TikTok 平台活动报名、热门关键词、客户聊天计划等。
若某扩展另有补充说明，以该说明与本政策一并适用；冲突时以更具体的说明为准。
2. 我们处理的信息
2.1 您提供或授权的信息
- 账号信息：如注册邮箱、密码哈希（密码本身不以明文存储）、资料与设置；
- 店铺与经营相关数据：您绑定的已支持平台店铺授权信息、订单/结算/成本/商品等您主动接入或录入的业务数据；
- 扩展绑定：扩展与账号的绑定码、设备/连接状态、插件授权期限等；
- 积分与充值凭证：积分余额、您提交的充值相关说明或凭证（用于人工审核入账）；
- 您主动发起的操作所产生的业务内容：如采集入库的商品字段、达人邀约活动配置与执行状态等。
2.2 我们不会通过扩展收集的信息
- 您的平台或网站登录密码；
- 浏览器 Cookie（扩展设计为不上传 Cookie）；
- 与扩展功能无关的整页源代码或与邀约无关的个人通讯内容。
2.3 自动记录的技术信息
为保障服务安全与稳定，服务器可能记录常见日志（如 IP、时间、请求路径、错误信息）。此类信息用于排查故障、防滥用与安全审计。
3. 使用目的
我们处理上述信息用于：
- 提供多平台店铺经营、利润分析、采集与刊登、达人邀约与活动相关功能；
- 完成扩展与网站账号的绑定、同步活动与任务状态；
- 积分计费、风控与客户支持；
- 改进产品稳定性与性能；
- 履行法律法规要求。
我们不会出售您的个人信息。
4. 浏览器扩展与自动化说明（含达人邀约）
- 扩展中的采集、邀约等操作，原则上由您点击或确认后在本机触发。
- TikTok Shop 达人邀约扩展可能使用浏览器
debugger 权限：仅在您已打开且已登录的 TikTok Shop Affiliate 相关页面上，于您的本机浏览器模拟完成官方流程所需的点击与输入；用于按您在 MyShopTools 中配置的活动分批准备/发送邀约。
- 该过程不是云端代登录或云端代运营；我们不通过扩展收集您的 Affiliate 密码。
- 请您遵守 TikTok / 各平台规则与适用法律，合理控制操作频率与内容。
5. 存储、共享与安全
- 业务数据按租户隔离存储于我们运营的服务环境中，保留期限以实现服务目的、法律与争议解决需要为限。
- 我们可能使用基础设施与必要的技术服务提供商（如云主机、邮件发送）处理数据，并要求其仅按指示处理。
- 我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护数据，但无法保证绝对安全。
6. 您的选择与权利
您可以：查阅或更新账号资料；解绑店铺或扩展；按产品能力导出或删除部分业务数据；停止使用并申请注销账号（注销后我们将按法律要求删除或匿名化，法律另有规定的除外）。
如需行使权利，请通过站内客服或管理员联系渠道与我们联系。
7. 未成年人
本服务面向跨境电商经营者，不以儿童为对象。若您认为我们误收集了未成年人信息，请联系我们删除。

Privacy Policy
This English text is a translation of the Chinese policy above. If the two differ, the Chinese text controls.
Effective date: October 28, 2026
Welcome to MyShopTools (cross-border operations data center, website: https://myshoptools.com, “the Service” or “we”). This policy explains how we handle information related to the website and its companion browser extensions.
1. Scope
This policy applies to:
- The MyShopTools website and console;
- Browser extensions distributed through official channels, including without limitation: TikTok Shop creator outreach, the procurement product collector, the procurement order sync assistant, TikTok platform campaign enrollment, trending keywords, and customer chat plans.
If an extension has an additional notice, that notice applies together with this policy. If they conflict, the more specific notice controls.
2. Information we process
2.1 Information you provide or authorize
- Account information, such as the registration email, a password hash (the password itself is not stored in plaintext), profile, and settings;
- Store and operating data: authorization information for supported-platform stores you connect, and business data you choose to connect or enter, such as orders, settlements, costs, and products;
- Extension binding: binding codes that link an extension to an account, device or connection status, and the extension authorization period;
- Points and top-up records: point balance, and top-up notes or proof you submit (used for manual review before points are credited);
- Business content created by actions you start, such as product fields collected into the catalog, and creator-outreach campaign configuration and execution status.
2.2 Information we do not collect through extensions
- Your platform or website login passwords;
- Browser cookies (extensions are designed not to upload cookies);
- Full-page source code unrelated to an extension’s function, or personal communications unrelated to outreach.
2.3 Technical information recorded automatically
To keep the service secure and stable, servers may record ordinary logs (such as IP address, time, request path, and error information). This information is used to troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and support security audits.
3. Purposes
We process the information above to:
- Provide multi-platform store operations, profit analysis, collection and listing, and creator-outreach and campaign features;
- Bind extensions to website accounts and sync campaign and task status;
- Handle points billing, risk control, and customer support;
- Improve product stability and performance;
- Comply with laws and regulations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Browser extensions and automation (including creator outreach)
- Collection, outreach, and similar actions in an extension are, as a rule, triggered on your computer after you click or confirm.
- The TikTok Shop creator outreach extension may use the browser
debugger permission. Only on a TikTok Shop Affiliate page that you already have open and are logged into, it simulates, in your local browser, the clicks and inputs needed to complete the official flow. This is used to prepare and send invitations in batches according to the campaign you configured in MyShopTools.
- This process is not cloud login on your behalf or cloud-operated store management. We do not collect your Affiliate password through the extension.
- Please follow TikTok’s rules, each platform’s rules, and applicable law, and keep the frequency and content of actions reasonable.
5. Storage, sharing, and security
- Business data is stored with tenant isolation in the service environment we operate, and is kept only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and dispute-resolution needs.
- We may use infrastructure and necessary technical service providers (such as cloud hosting and email delivery) to process data, and we require them to process it only on our instructions.
- We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may review or update your account profile; unbind stores or extensions; export or delete some business data where the product supports it; and stop using the service and request account deletion. After deletion, we delete or anonymize data as required by law, except where the law provides otherwise.
To exercise these rights, contact us through in-product support or an administrator channel.
7. Minors
This service is for cross-border e-commerce operators and is not directed at children. If you believe we have collected a minor’s information by mistake, contact us and ask us to delete it.
8. Policy updates
We may update this policy and will publish the updated date on this page. For material changes, we will notify you by a reasonable method such as an in-product notice. Continued use means you have reviewed the updated policy.
